Our Founder
Mr. Anil Dixit- Founder
Mr Anil Dixit, based in New Delhi, is a highly accomplished professional with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. With a B.Pharm degree, he has gained extensive experience working as a product specialist and lead sales executive in various pharma companies, aggregating experience of more than 23 years. Mr Dixit has played a pivotal role in developing effective strategies for organisations, enabling them to achieve their goals and excel in the market.
His expertise extends to the field of oncology products, where he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry and its specific requirements. In addition to his pharmaceutical expertise, Mr Dixit possesses exceptional marketing skills, allowing him to promote and position products in a competitive market effectively.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr Dixit is known for his philanthropic endeavours, contributing to the welfare of society. His passion for social causes has further enhanced his interpersonal skills and made him an excellent liaison, forging strong connections and partnerships.

Founder
Dr. Praveen Saraswat- Founder
Dr. Praveen Saraswat is the Director of Dr. Saraswat’s Pathology, located in Kanpur. With over 30 years of experience in the field of Pathology, Dr. Saraswat has established himself as a renowned professional in the medical community. He holds an MBBS degree from Kanpur University and completed his MD in Pathology from the same university. His thesis focused on the use of needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of testicular swellings.
Dr. Saraswat has undergone specialized training in various areas, including Radioimmunoassay and its applications, Leukemia and Lymphoma, and Immunology techniques. He has also received training in Laboratory Quality Management and Internal Audit as per ISO standards.
Throughout his career, Dr. Saraswat has achieved significant milestones. He established Dr. Saraswat’s Pathology in 2002, offering a range of specialized tests and becoming the first laboratory in Kanpur to introduce techniques such as electrophoresis, HPLC for HB variants, and blood culture using the Bact-Alert system. The lab obtained NABL accreditation in 2009, further validating its commitment to quality and accuracy.
Dr. Saraswat is a life member of professional organizations, including ISHTM, IMA, and IAPM, reflecting his active involvement and dedication to his field. His expertise, combined with his passion for pathology, has made him a trusted figure in the medical community.
